You’ll be participating in small group classes, focusing on bodyweight movements and lightweight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and get an amazing workout too.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in Group Class, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a functional fitness style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in group class, you'll be ready to hop into group classes and get the full experience.
